What Will Change from Today? – PPWR Goes Live on 12 August 2026This session focuses on the practical changes that will take effect from 12 August 2026, when the new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) becomes applicable. We will compare current requirements under national packaging laws with the new, directly applicable PPWR rules, highlighting what companies must do differently from that date onward.Participants will gain a clear overview of new and extended obligations, including PPWR-specific labeling and marking requirements, Declaration of Conformity and technical documentation duties, recyclability and design-for-recycling rules, and the interaction between PPWR and EPR obligations across Member States.
