EPR Obligations

In this session, we will focus on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations under the PPWR and existing national EPR frameworks. Participants will learn who is responsible for EPR obligations, how producer roles are determined, and how obligations differ depending on the sales model, country, and type of packaging placed on the market.

The workshop will provide a practical overview of key EPR requirements, including registration duties, reporting obligations, recycling fees, and ongoing compliance management across EU Member States.
