This session focuses on the technical documentation and Declaration of Conformity requirements under the new PPWR. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what documentation is required, when it must be prepared, and who is responsible for it along the supply chain.

We will walk through the key elements of PPWR technical documentation, including data sources, structure, and retention obligations, and explain how a compliant Declaration of Conformity should be prepared and maintained.
